An eCommerce Clothing Retail Store
The people who had previously set up the Shopify store hadn’t correctly connected and updated the backend, resulting in SKUs being missing, sizing variants being incorrect, inventory being inaccurate, product descriptions, and titles being incongruent.
The store’s front end had been over coded, resulting in broken menus, incorrectly designed website interfaces, and a difficult to use funnel.
The combination of these things created a chaotic customer experience, and a logistical nightmare for her team. B&T helped fix and correct all of these errors, optimized and managed email marketing for deals and offers, and ensured the business’ processes were running as they should be.
In just one month, B&T turned the conversion rate to a 1.5% despite all of the logistical and design issues with the store. From there, they set the business up for scaling and success selling their quality products.
B&T helped do a full overhaul of Yamini’s Menswear’s backend and front end store logistics. They started out with a 0.22% conversion rate, even though the business was offering some amazing deals.
